Attleboro Knives Dau Tranh - Orange Cerakote Handle / Black Kydex Sheath

There are two specific definitions for Dau Tranh: First, in Vietnamese Dau Tranh translates as “struggle” – to never quit and drive on until you succeed. Second, Dau Tranh is a theory of protracted warfare which combines a nation’s military and political focus to achieve victory.

Dau Tranh Neck Knife

Purchased this exact knife with orange handle and satin finish from Northwest Knives. Fast shipping and great customer service with Aaron at Northwest Knives. The knife arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Very handy & useful neck knife for all sorts of stuff. The CPM 20CV steel cuts very well and takes & holds a nice sharp edge. Sheath has good retention, no rattle. This knife has a sabre grind being 3\16 on the top spine narrowing down to a nice cutting edge. Blade style is a spear point. Handle is made so that you could lash this knife to the end of stick with some 550 paracord to make a spear for hunting or fishing if you had to. Overall this is a very sturdy, multi-purpose knife. Excellent customer service with Northwest Knives, highly recommended.
