Benchmade 15200DLC Altitude - Fixed Blade / DLC Black Finish

Benchmade started with CPM-S90V steel instead of the industry standard S30V.  This upgrade gives the outdoorsman a knife that has extreme edge retention.  There is nothing worse than having to sharpen your knife partially into an animal.  Better edge retention means making quick work of your kill.  Next thing they did is create a knife that was thin and lightweight.  Coming in at only 1.65 ounces, you won't even know that it is in your pack.  Thinner knives are sometimes harder to handle in the cold so Benchmade added a carbon fiber knob at the pinch point for a firm grip on the knife and then provided jimping in the right spots.  All of this is finished off with a form fitted Boltaron sheath.
