The Spyderco Native Chief takes a tried and true design that has been stretched out creating a little slimmer knife platform. Great cutting performance and easy carry makes this a winner.
This Native Chief is a sprint run version and has black carbon fiber scales and a satin CPM-S90V Blade.

From the minute I took this knife out of the plastic sheath, I was trying to convince myself to keep it. I tried for several days to talk myself into it. Couldn't do it. Action was absolutely the worst I have ever felt on a Spyderco. Spydie hole was very sharp, and partly recessed into the handle when closed. The clip was way to strong and made withdrawal of the knife difficult. Lastly, the tip was discolored (about 3mm). Attention to detail just was not there, especially for a Sprint Run. Very dissapointed.
This is a quality light weight knife that will last a long time. I love Northwest knives and the people who work there, they have top of the line high quality pieces.
