Shipping Policy- USPS, UPS
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49. Shipping is a flat $3.99 for orders under $49
- Most Orders Ship same day if placed before 12PM MST Tue - Sat
- We Ship Tuesday-Saturday Only (We are closed Sunday & Monday)
- Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable and Shipping Times are Not Guaranteed by any Carrier
- "Signature Required" on all orders over $350
- If a package tracking shows delivery confirmation you are responsible for the item
Porch Theft
- Porch theft has become a major issue. Shipping companies now offer picture confirmation of deliveries which means they will not compensate us or you for a package being delivered and then stolen off your porch. That is considered Theft and you would need to contact your local police department and file a claim to get any kind of reimbursement.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your package is being delivered to a safe and secure location. Once an item shows delivered we are no longer responsible for it.
Signature Required
- "Signature Required" is our standard practice on all packages over $350 in value. In the event that you would prefer not to have to sign for a package please let us know and we will waive that requirement . The buyer accepts all responsibility for the package at that point.
Shipping of Automatic Knives:
- All Automatic knives are shipped via UPS ground unless an upgraded shipping option has been selected. We are unable to ship automatic knives via USPS due to federal law.
Upgraded Shipping Options:
- All items are by default by the shipping carrier and method of our choice. We use either USPS or UPS as our shipping options.
- Upgraded shipping options are available for an additional charge
- USPS priority for all knives except automatic knives
- UPS 2 Day and UPS Overnight are options as well (Please keep in mind that these are generally "Business Day" services with limited Saturday delivery in most areas and no Sunday delivery.)
