Does Northwest Knives Have a Retail Showroom?
Yes, Northwest Knives is located in the heart of Treasure Valley in Meridian, Idaho, near Boise. We operate both as an online knife retailer and a full brick-and-mortar store.
Are You Open on Mondays?
Our retail store is open from 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. While our showroom is closed on Mondays, our shipping staff and warehouse are working to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
Are You an Authorized Dealer?
Absolutely! Northwest Knives is an authorized dealer for every brand and product we offer. You can trust that you're receiving genuine merchandise with a full warranty.
What Types of Knives Do You Offer?
We offer a wide range of knives, including sporting knives from brands like Benchmade, Zero Tolerance, and Chris Reeve. We also provide high-quality kitchen cutlery, expert knife sharpening and repair services, and various accessories like knife bags and gift items.
Do You Accept PayPal?
Currently, we do not accept PayPal due to their terms of service restrictions on products like automatic knives.
Do You Offer Law Enforcement or Military Discounts?
Unfortunately, we do not have this discount. Our manufacturer's set our prices, we give the lowest price (MAP pricing) they allow us to so we are unable to accommodate more discounts.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $3.99.
Do You Offer Sharpening Services?
Yes, Northwest Knives in Meridian, Idaho, offers professional sharpening services for a variety of items, including kitchen knives, hatchets, and pocket knives.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed before 1 pm MST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will ship the next day. We ship six days a week to ensure fast delivery.
What is Northwest Knives' policy on returns and exchanges?
At Northwest Knives, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy for new and unused items for a full refund. For in-store returns, simply visit us; for online purchases, contact us for a return authorization. Please note, returns on Balisongs are not accepted due to their nature, and closeout items are final sale. We also facilitate exchanges with complimentary shipping to ensure your satisfaction.
