Northwest Knives Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes a purchase doesn't work out. A gift isn't just right. Sometimes a purchase just doesn't meet your expectations. At Northwest Knives we hope this never happens but understand when it does. We want to ensure the process for returns and exchanges is easy and efficient with no hassles.

14 Day Returns

At Northwest Knives we honor a 14 day return policy. We will take back any item that is new and unused for a full refund. In store just come on in and we will gladly get you taken care of. If you have purchased online just give us a call or email us for a return authorization and instructions. Online returns are 14 days from date of delivery.

Northwest Knives does not pay return shipping fees for any reason other than we sent the incorrect knife.

*Due to the nature of this product, we do not allow returns on ALL Balisongs. These products are sold as "All Sales Final". Sorry for any inconvenience.

If the item has been used and is no longer sellable in new condition we will still accept a return and charge a 20% restocking fee. This allows us to accept the return and discount the item in our retail store as a pre-owned item.

Closeout items and discontinued products are sold as "All Sales Final". These items are heavily discounted and there is no returns or exchanges on these items.

Exchanges

We do our very best to ensure that your product is perfect when it arrives to your door. In the event that there needs to be an exchange for any reason...we made a mistake, the item has a defect, whatever. We will gladly exchange the item and pay the shipping both ways as well. Just email us or give us a call and we will make it happen.
