What’s there to say, it’s a Benchmade?!
This knife is works really well for processing larger cuts of meat, I like to use it to remove silver skin and fat from large briskets prior to smoking. It is extremely sharp and had held it's edge really well and the handle is easy to keep a grip on when slippery. I would buy this again without hesitation.
