Ordered a Benchmade 940-1 and it delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately it came with a defect. I called the store and was sent a return label within 2 hours. Owner emailed me that day asking if id like a full refund or a replacement and apologized for the inconvenience. They were professional and nice people to deal with. Received my replacement a couple days later. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future
