Boker proudly unveils its inaugural military-historical project: the Eight-Eight (8-8) Flak Damascus collector's dagger. Celebrated as one of the most versatile and effective weapons of the Second World War, the 8.8 cm Flak anti-aircraft gun was originally designed for aerial defense before earning its legendary status on the ground.

While smaller anti-tank guns found themselves outmatched against contemporary armor, the formidable 8.8 cm gun consistently penetrated heavy tanks like the British Matilda II and the Soviet T-34 from distances of up to 2,000 meters. Its remarkable design allowed it to swivel its barrel to engage ground targets and rotate a full 360° on its vertical axis, setting a new standard in artillery. The gun's quick assembly and disassembly capabilities, combined with an impressive firing rate of up to 20 rounds per minute by a skilled crew, solidified its reputation as the most effective anti-aircraft weapon in history. The Eight-Eight Flak Damascus dagger is a masterpiece, featuring an exquisite 18.1 cm blade forged from the very parts of the iconic gun. Its handle, crafted from stabilized hornbeam, is adorned with 16 jimpings, offering both beauty and utility. The stainless-steel parrying piece subtly echoes the form of a cross-guard, while the striking end knob adds a touch of elegance.
