What a piece of hardware!

So I'm the type of guy who believes in giving a company and what they sell their due when it's warranted. In this case I wanted to really call out in a good way all the staff that helped me with my order from northwest knives. I purchased a small sebenza 31 with black micarta inlays and silver hardware and accents. This knife blew me away from the moment I saw it. I had never handled a Chris Reeve knife until 2 days ago and I can honestly say it's one of the most beautiful knives I've ever owned, actually it really is the most beautiful knife I've ever owned. It's technically that Grail knife that everybody talks about. Northwest knives had it in stock when no one else did, I didn't want the bare bones titanium because I wanted a little extra girth on the already thin handle. The blade is razor sharp out of the box and the birthday card indicates that this knife was made only two weeks ago on November 3rd 2022. Which is incredible to me because it's November 17th 2022 so I got a brand new knife literally. The staff was very helpful when I emailed them about getting some swag, they gave me a free hat and a sticker with my purchase. I really appreciate good customer service and I appreciate when a company actually has what they say they have and makes it available to people like me. I will continue to shop with Northwest knives because this was a fantastic experience and I'm grateful that I bought the knife, the Grail knife, from you guys
