Introducing the Sencillo, born from the demand for an ESEE knife crafted from “super steel.” While ESEE Knives has always prioritized 1095 carbon steel, customer requests for MagnaCut prompted Jeff Randall to revisit a design he had sketched on a cardboard flap long ago.

The initial prototype was made from A2 steel, a material that has proven its reliability in knives and tools for years. The ESEE team was impressed by the design and pushed for a MagnaCut version, but Jeff insisted on including the A2 option for its track record in real-world use. Thus, the initial release was exclusive to A2 tool steel. Now, it has finally arrived in MagnaCut, just as it was meant to be. The Sencillo is a bit larger than the IZULA-II and boasts ergonomic 3D handles for superior comfort. Its versatility makes it perfect for cutting hay strings, whittling sticks, or slicing a sandwich in half. If you seek the latest trend or flashy gimmick, this knife isn't for you. However, if you want a dependable tool that performs day in and day out, the Sencillo is definitely worth considering.

Proudly made in the U.S.A. by White River Knife and Tool, the Sencillo features an overall length of 7.25 inches and a 0.125-inch blade thickness.
