The Rapid Strike is an exceptional combat blade due to its many features. Its cutting edge is long enough to deliver precise slashes and thrusts, and it can be either single or double-edged to comply with legal requirements or increase its effectiveness.
The handle is made of strong and grippy G10 material, which, combined with the recessed jimping that goes all the way around the handle, makes it easy to keep it in your hand when you need it most. The sheath was designed to allow for an immediate combat grip, which means that the hand doesn't have to be readjusted to grip the handle properly after it's removed from the sheath. The blade's slim profile and narrow material take up little space on a belt, vest, boot, or wherever else you choose to carry it. To provide a strong blade that requires little maintenance to remain clean and sharp, 154CM stainless steel was used.
