The legend began when Will Hodges, the head of Tactile Knife Co, tasked the company's lead in-house engineer with creating a Superlock that surpassed all others. After weeks of brainstorming and numerous pots of coffee, they developed a design that differed from their usual style but prioritized function over form. They jokingly called the design the "Chupacabra" due to its unique spine, and after months of prototyping and refining, the name stuck. Tactile Knife Co is thrilled for you to experience this mythical creation.
