The High Impact hatchet by Leo is a full-sized hatchet that can also be used as a small ax. It's quite large, measuring just over 20 inches in overall length, and is 3/8" thick with a full-tang construction.
Made of 1075 high carbon steel, it can handle impacts well and maintain a sharp edge. The tan canvas Micarta handles are thick but comfortable, with rounded edges and extra contouring to improve grip without being too harsh. The blade cover is double-stitched and adds a touch of traditional elegance while still keeping TOPS' style. In summary, this may just be the largest full-tang hatchet available, weighing roughly 3.5 pounds and boasting incredible chopping and splitting power.
