The newly interpreted Boker Barlow Prime is equipped with shorter nickel silver bolsters and convinces in this version with scales of resistant burlap micarta, brass liners and the carbon steel O1 as blade material. To emphasise the authenticity of the knife, the blade is protected from harmful environmental influences with a special acid-wash finish. It is equipped with a modern, elongated ricasso, the operating safety of the slipjoint pocket knife is increased by a 90 degree arrestor when opening and closing the blade. The characteristic teardrop shape of the Barlow can be traced back to the English pocket knives of the 17th century, making it certainly one of the oldest models ever. Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory Solingen.
