The Boker Plus Nori is another elegant gentleman's knife by Japanese knifemaker Kansei Matsuno, now also available in a particularly classy collector's version. The ball-bearing stainless damascus blade consists of 110 layers, the handle scales are made of high-strength titanium and sit on titanium plates. The straight-lined design and the classic Japanese blade make the Nori an ideal companion for everyday use.
