The Manticore by Heretic Knives is a phenomenal OTF knife for anyone looking at something big but easy to carry.  The guys at Heretic Knives in Florida really hit it out of the park on this one.  Premium Elmax steel, smooth double action, glassbreaker tip, deep carry pocket clip, and a lanyard hole.  The action has a good snap without being too hard to deploy or too soft.  

The Manticore comes in a variety of styles and finishes.

This Manticore-X has a recurve blade has a black DLC finish. The handle has a black aluminum handle scale w/ a purple camo carbon fiber back cover.

One of the better OTFs for the money.

Beautiful knife. Lightweight. Fires hard. Minimal blade play. Ideal size for me. Shaving sharp. Stout action. Worth the couple hundred more than a standard Manticore X? The way it gleams in the sunlight just causes happiness every time I see it. Absolutely worth the cost. Now my wife wants the E.
